Marta Taylor talks with Bill Harris about meditation, Holosync and "The Science of Super Awareness"


Bill Harris is all about a limitless mind.  Bill has been a personal development seeker, teacher, public speaker, author, therapist, workshop leader, and business owner for more than 35 years, and has become one of the world’s best-known personal growth teachers.  A featured teacher in The Secret, Bill is best known for creating Holosync audio technology, currently used by nearly two million people in 193 countries.  Bill started Centerpointe Research Institute in 1989 with borrowed recording equipment set up on his kitchen table.  In addition to his own workshops and video courses, Bill is a frequent speaker at scientific and transformational forums and conferences and is known for his ability to explain difficult subjects in an engaging and easy to understand way.  He has shared the stage with many top human potential leaders, including The Dalai Lama, Jack Canfield, Dr. Stephen Covey, and Ken Wilber, and in 2003 was invited to address the United Nations Values Caucus.

If you have already read my previous post on Holosync meditation then you will know that I am a user & great advocate of the Holosync meditation track.   Luckily for me, whilst I was at the 2015 Bulletproof conference, I was fortunate enough to be at a dinner with Bill (pic below) and had a chance to sit & chat with him.  Then, I got even more lucky.  Just as he was about to leave, I very casually said, well maybe one day I’ll be lucky enough to have you on my podcast & he said “sure why not, just email my assistant to organise it”…well, I nearly fell off my chair because I had said it very tongue-in-cheek, as I know Bill is a very busy & highly sought after speaker! So why would he agree to come on my little-old-unknown-podcast??…but what a truly giving man!  He said yes without any hesitation in the true spirit of spreading the word!  So thank you again Bill!

This is a really fantastic interview.  Bill is very forthcoming in his experiences and is an amazing story-teller.  He explains things so that it is all very relatable and easy to understand.

I’m so grateful for Bill’s time & this amazing conversation, my favourite quote is when Bill states that ‘awareness gives you choices’…that really struck a chord with me…it’s so true and if you can really grasp this concept, will set you well on the path to having a limitless mind – listen to the podcast to see what he means by this.
