This is a great podcast interview, because if you have ever wanted to have a Liver 101 session, then this is it. Claire breaks it all down for us and goes through the basics.
It’s quite amazing how much work the liver does and even though it is one of the most regenerative organs in the body, at some stage there is a point of ‘no return’, so we really need to look after it as best we can to ensure that it functions optimally for our ongoing health.
I know you’re going to enjoy this podcast & it’s information & hopefully Claire will join us again very soon to share other cool info.
